Privacy policy
This website is operated by Red Digital Factory L.L.C. It is an informational site: it does not require an account and does not store form submissions. Audience measurement uses Google Analytics 4, described below.
What this site collects
Server logs: standard web-server logs (IP address, requested page, browser type, time) are kept for security and capacity purposes and deleted on rotation.
Audience measurement: rdf.qa uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-FW4WQCBEPR) to understand which pages are visited, from which countries and on which devices. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) on your browser and processes the data on our behalf under Google's data-processing terms; IP addresses are not stored by GA4. Analytics is not loaded until the page has finished rendering and never on our development environments. You can block it with a browser extension such as Google's Analytics opt-out add-on or by disabling cookies for rdf.qa.
Your language preference is stored in your browser's local storage so the site opens in the same language next time. It never leaves your device.
Contact form
The contact form does not send data to our servers. It composes an email (or a WhatsApp message) in your own application, which you then choose to send. Once received, we use your message and contact details only to answer you and to prepare a proposal if you request one.
Email and WhatsApp
Emails are hosted on Google Workspace; WhatsApp messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta). Both providers apply their own privacy terms. We keep business correspondence for as long as needed to serve the relationship and comply with accounting obligations.

Links to our products (RedERP, RedERP Academy and others) and to LinkedIn or GitHub lead to sites with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or object to a use. Write to the address on this page; we answer within 30 days.
