A small factory for serious software.
Red Digital Factory was founded in Doha in 2024 by engineers who had spent years implementing other people's business software and wanted to build better. Today we are a team across Qatar and Tunisia, making products of our own and taking on a few client engagements at a time.
Our story
Why a factory.
Good software is manufactured, not improvised. It comes from a repeatable process — understanding the real work, modelling the data carefully, shipping small increments, measuring, and operating what you build. We named the company after that idea.
We started with a question: why should a twenty-person company in Doha or Tunis pay enterprise prices for an ERP, then pay again for an online store, a POS and a CRM that do not talk to each other? RedERP is our answer — one platform, unlimited users, from $5 a month — and it is now used daily by businesses in several countries.
Building and running our own product changed how we work for clients. We know what a system looks like after three years in production, what breaks, what customers actually ask for, and what AI agents can safely do inside a business system. That experience is what we bring to every engagement.

Own the outcome
One team is accountable from the first workshop to production and beyond. No hand-offs, no finger-pointing between design, development and operations.

Say it plainly
Estimates, risks and trade-offs in writing, in your language. Weekly demos of working software rather than status reports.

Build it properly
Clean data models, tested code, documented systems and interfaces that respect the people who use them eight hours a day — in Arabic as much as in English.

Plan for year three
We design for the software's whole life: hosting, monitoring, upgrades and the day it needs to be handed over. Nothing we ship depends on us being irreplaceable.
